The Franco Institute welcomes applications for Large Research Grants of up to $25,000. These grants, awarded twice annually, support faculty research projects in any department or discipline in Arts & Letters. Large Research Grants can help fund travel to research sites, research assistance, and other expenses associated with data collection and analysis. Particularly for faculty in the social sciences, these grants may be used for preliminary work that will ultimately lead to more competitive applications for external grants and fellowships.
